Return & Refund Policy

At Origogifts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in creating and delivering your orders. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused

  • Return requests must include an unboxing video as proof of damage/defect. and Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

Note: As most of our products are customized, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, spelling mistakes approved during order placement, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@origogifts.com or contact us +91 8714747464 with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Origogifts

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

  • Limitations on product availability.

  • Errors in product details, pricing, or information.

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you promptly and process the refund, if applicable.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total amount.

  • The balance refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the order has been processed, customized, dispatched, or delivered.
